Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made under 7 days notice are subject to prepayment in full on future rentals.

Delivery policy
Due to the recent spike in gas prices, we have made the following changes to our delivery policy. Delivery fees are quoted from our storage facility at:

Delivery Fees:
0-10 miles = (included)
11-15 miles = $15
16-20 miles = $25
21-25 miles = $35
26-30 miles = $45
For deliveries over 30 miles, please request a quote with complete delivery address.


Rain Policy
If it is raining prior to your party begin time, we will not deliver and you will NOT be charged. If there is over a 50% chance of rain on the day of your party (before we deliver) we will call you and ask if you would like to reschedule. You may also take the chance of it not raining, but once we have made delivery, you are then obligated to the rental purchase.

Cold Weather Policy
We will give you the option to cancel your reservation if the temperature is below 40 degrees Farenheight at the time of your delivery. Cold weather is not a factor with our equipment. We can deliver as cold as you can take it.
